What is the difference between Business Name and LTD?

A business name is just a very basic form of Business registration if you have a small business, like a POS. The Business is not really recognized by law, and you are not protected from paying tax like an LTD.

You also can’t bid for a contract and do serious business like exportation, etc. The main advantage is just that once the name is registered, no other Business can use the name again.

LTD is the real business registration, and it does all what Business name can’t do. It’s the most proper form of Business registration.

What are the requirements to start my Business registration?

Nothing serious. Once you make payment, I’ll send you a form to fill out with your personal and business information. There is nothing serious in the form; they are just normal information.

Once you return the form and I vet it and we are good, I’ll get started.

Can you give me the form to see before I make a payment?

I receive many requests from people every day for various reasons, so please make a payment commitment and let me know how serious you are, and I will forward you the necessary form. Like I told you, it’s a simple, basic form so you can fill everything needed, and I will be here for you in case you have any questions. Nothing to worry about.

Why can’t I create a new CAC Account?

CAC disabled the public account creation. So you need an accredited agent for help. You can either outsource the job(I can help too) or you can access our accredited portal for N4,000 PER REGISTRATION.

We don’t know when CAC will enable the public portal again

I am doing someone else’s registration, but my name is showing up as the Owner or Director of the business. Why?

The public portal can only register a business for the owner of the account, meaning that for each new person, you have to create a new account. 

But you can use our Accredited Agent portal at N6,000 per registration if you are registering only one business.

But if you are an Agent using CAC registration for business, then you can join any of my CAC training because we allow our students to use the Accredited Agent portal for just N2,000 per job they do there.

An accredited portal can register unlimited businesses; you don’t have to create new accounts again

How can I join your Masterclass or Mentorship class?(also available as vn)

Yeah, I run two Masterclasses for people who want to use CAC registration as a business and make money with the service. 

You will have access to my private trainings and, most importantly, my closed group Mentorship to assist you any time you have a challenge while doing registration for people.

 The pre-incorporated Masterclass is just a one-time fee of N10,000 to carry out new registrations for businesses.

But if you want to be able to perform all Accredited Agent services, then you should join my Post Incorporation Masterclass. That goes for N20,000. But if you want to join the two classes together now, you can pay N25,000 instead of N30,000.

What is the process of you creating a PayPal account for me?

First of all, you will need to buy a UK phone number because we are setting up a verified UK PayPal, and presently, a UK phone number is sold at N10,000

But if you want me to create everything for you from here, my charge is N20,000 (plus the N10,000 for a UK phone number, totalling N30,000)

And if peradventure you have a UK phone number already, then it’s just N20,000

What do I need to provide to create my PayPal account?

Nothing, just a government-approved ID to verify your Grey account so you can withdraw directly into your local bank account.
